Terms of Service
The deal between you and dunhi when you use one of the apps. Short, because there isn't much to it.
Last updated 16 August 2026
The short version: use the apps for whatever you like, don't pull them apart or resell them, and remember there's one person behind them — I'll fix what I can, as fast as I can, and I'd rather hear about it than not.
Who you're dealing with
dunhi is a one-person studio run by Hai Nguyen in Việt Nam. "I" and "me" mean that person. "The apps" means anything published under the dunhi name on the App Store or Google Play, plus this website.
Using the apps
You get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the apps on devices you own or control, for as long as these terms hold. It isn't transferable, and it isn't a sale — you're licensing the software, not buying a copy of it.
Don't reverse-engineer, decompile or pull out the assets, except where the law says you may anyway.
Don't resell, sublicense, or bundle the apps into something you charge for.
Don't use the apps to break the law or to harass anyone.
Don't attack the servers, scrape the leaderboards, or automate play to fake a score.
Purchases and refunds
Some apps sell a one-time purchase — usually the one that clears the ads, sometimes an optional pack. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews. Every payment goes through Apple or Google, so I never see your card.
Because the payment is theirs, so is the refund. Ask the App Store or Google Play first; they'll sort it out faster than I can. If their answer looks wrong to you, write to me and I'll argue your case with them.
What you make is yours
Your saves, notes, garden entries and screenshots belong to you. I claim no ownership of anything you make inside an app, and I hold no copy of it — it's on your device, not on a server of mine.
What's mine
The code, artwork, sound, name and logo stay mine. Screenshots and clips for a review, a video or an article are welcome without asking. Using the artwork or the dunhi name for a product of your own is not.
Availability
The apps are provided as they are. I can't promise they'll be free of bugs, work on every device, or stay on the stores forever. If I ever have to retire one, I'll say so ahead of time, and the last version you downloaded keeps working — you just stop getting updates.
Liability
As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and whatever liability I do carry is capped at what you actually paid for the app — which, for most people, is nothing. None of this removes the rights your local consumer law gives you.
Changes and governing law
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and anything material gets a line in the next release notes. These terms are governed by the laws of Việt Nam, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
